Everyone can invest in the PACAM Balanced Fund including institutional investors, individuals, cooperative societies, religious organizations and other social groups; Parents/Guardians can also invest in the name of their wards.
Minimum subscription is 50,000 units and multiples of 10,000 units at the prevailing market rate as published daily on the fund website www.pacassetmanagement.com/mutualfunds.
A unit holder can sell their investment at any time by filling the redemption notice and submitting to the fund manager. Payment will be made by cheque or bank transfer to the unit holder within 5 working days in line with the Fund Trust Deed.
Yes. However, redemption of units before 90 days’ lock-in period will attract a handling charge of 20% of the net positive returns from the investment.
