PACAM Balanced Fund is a multi-asset collective investment scheme (Mutual Fund) approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that invests in equities, money market, fixed income and real estate giving you a chance to maximize the benefits across these asset classes. The Fund allocation model emphasizes diversification and stability of investment as it is skewed towards less volatile asset classes of money market, fixed income and real estate while not excluding the high returns potential of equities. The target allocation is not rigid, allowing the fund manager flexibility of maximizing market potential all to the benefit of the investor.

Fund Objective

The primary objective of the Fund is to achieve long term capital appreciation, capital preservation as well as provide a stable stream of income to investors by investing the Fund’s assets across a mix of high quality listed equities on the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, investment grade Fixed Income instruments, Money Market instruments & Real Estate Assets in Nigeria.

No. The PACAM Balanced Fund is an approved Collective Investment Scheme exempted from WHT on dividends.

Everyone can invest in the PACAM Balanced Fund including institutional investors, individuals, cooperative societies, religious organizations and other social groups; Parents/Guardians can also invest in the name of their wards.

Minimum subscription is 50,000 units and multiples of 10,000 units at the prevailing market rate as published daily on the fund website

A unit holder can sell their investment at any time by filling the redemption notice and submitting to the fund manager. Payment will be made by cheque or bank transfer to the unit holder within 5 working days in line with the Fund Trust Deed.

Yes. However, redemption of units before 90 days’ lock-in period will attract a handling charge of 20% of the net positive returns from the investment.
